The Controller will serve as the Administrative Head of SDSC SHAR and will be responsible for:
- Financial and Budgetary Management – Overseeing expenditure, allocations, and financial planning.
- Procurement & Inventory Control – Managing procurement and supply chain operations.
- Personnel Management – Handling HR functions, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- General Administration – Supervising the overall functioning of the center.

1. Age Limit
- The maximum age for appointment is 58 years as on the closing date of applications.
2. Employment Status
Eligible candidates must be serving in Central Government Ministries/Departments and All India Services in:
- Analogous posts on a regular basis, OR
- 8 years of service in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG), OR
- 17 years of regular Group-A service with at least 4 years in JAG.
3. Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
4. Experience Requirement
- Experience in Personnel Management, General Administration, Finance, Procurement & Inventory Management in Government/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings.

- The maximum tenure for deputation will be 5 years.
- A cooling-off period of 3 years is mandatory between two deputations.
