- Proficiency in Assamese and Hindi (knowledge of other NE regional languages is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, and online meeting platforms (Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Airmeet, etc.).
- Experience in graphical design, image/audio/video editing.
- Knowledge of online content dissemination via platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Salary: Rs. 50,000/- (Consolidated) per month.
