1. Age Limit (As on Date of Vacancy)
- Internal Candidates: Minimum 45 years, with 2 years of residual service before superannuation.
- External Candidates: Minimum 45 years, with 3 years of residual service before superannuation.
- Superannuation Age: 60 years.
2. Employment Status
Applicants must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in:
- A Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)
- The Central Government (including Armed Forces and All India Services)
- A State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) (with an annual turnover of ₹1500 crore or more)
- A Private Company (with an annual turnover of ₹1500 crore or more)
(Note: Preference will be given to candidates from listed companies.)
3. Educational Qualification
- A graduate degree from a recognized university/institute.
- A Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, HR Management, or MBA/PGDM in HR is desirable.
4. Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations within the last 10 years.
- Experience in a large organization of repute will be preferred.
